Account Summary and Online Payment Information

WVU utilizes an online system that allows our students to review account balances and make payment of educational expenses.

Directions to view account summary and make payment online

You can access MIX from this link: http://www.mix.wvu.edu/

From MIX:

• Select the STAR Tab
• Select the link under STAR Information System
• Select STUDENT SERVICES, HOUSING AND FINANCIAL AID
• Select STUDENT ACCOUNTS
• Select ELECTRONIC BILL BY TERM/MAKE PAYMENT
• Select term

The information from STAR will give you real-time information about what is currently owed to WVU as well as information on expected financial aid disbursements. Payments can also be made from the same website by electronic check or credit card.

Payment for the summer term is due May 18, 2013.

Payment for the fall term is due by August 17, 2013.

Please be advised that payment is due prior to the start of the TERM, not when your CLASSES begin. If payment is not received by the due date you will be assessed a $50 late fee. If your bill is not paid by the end of the first week of the term, you will be dropped from your classes.
